Vizada Networks Expands Personnel Outsourcing Operations

Oslo, Norway, 31 October 2011
– Vizada Networks, a leading satellite communications provider and system integrator is expanding its personnel outsourcing and consultancy operations. In addition to its on-going position as a provider of skilled and security cleared personnel in support of its managed networks and customised solutions, the company is now offering technical recruitment and consultancy to its defence sector customers.

“Our new direction means that not only can we offer highly trained and skilled people to manage Vizada Networks systems at our customers’ sites throughout the world, we are also ready to provide our clients with high quality personnel to fill vital roles that they require,” says Craig Harrison Business Development Manager, Vizada Networks. “This is a natural extension of our outsourcing and consultancy operations for customers using Vizada Networks and will allow our customers’ organisations to source the best personnel, on very short notice.”

As a provider of communication solutions for the defence sector, Vizada Networks can directly answer the personnel needs of NATO, its affiliated organisations and other defence sector customers. When tasked with providing personnel for a managed network, customised solution, or customer requirement, Vizada Networks is able to do so using its in house dedicated recruitment specialists. This strengthens the company’s position as an A-Z supplier of turnkey CIS and communication systems and services to the defence sector.

“Whether sourcing personnel for a Vizada Networks managed network or for a customer’s own organisational requirement or role, we offer only vetted and security cleared personnel,” continues Harrison. “We use the same strict evaluation process for our outsourced personnel as we do for Vizada Networks staff, so customers can be confident that their requirements will be fulfilled with security-cleared, experienced and skilled staff.”

Following its decision mid-year 2011 to extend its outsourcing and consultancy offering to the entire defence sector, Vizada Networks has ramped up its recruitment efforts in order to meet future demands, with specific focus on personnel to support their customers’ requirements in deployed locations such as Afghanistan, Iraq and the Balkans.
